What are the preseason picks for the American, Continental and National conferences of suburban one?

Suburban American: I'm out of the loop now. But I believe Plymouth Whitemarsh is loaded with seniors. They've finished second the past two years with the same players. I've heard Upper Dublin should be good.
Continental conference usually is very competitive conference with 4-5 teams each year that have a chance. Not as close to high school ball anymore but what I hear is that CB West, CB South and Horsham have good shots. Plus you can never count out North Penn.

My two cents...
Continental - I would think NP and CBS should be pretty good...NP with pitching, CBS has a lot of bats. I think there are a fair amount of returners from HH, CBE and CBW. Pennridge lost a lot!
National - I think CRS will be the class of the league with CRN, Abington and Neshaminy challanging for 2nd.
American - I assume PW would be the fovorite. I saw both UD and PW scrimmage this past week...PW against NP and UD against CBS. Neither team looked very good but it was just a scrimmage or atleast that is what I keep telling myself since neither did my son
Pac 10 - I think Boyertown will be very good this year with Methacton on their heals if they can find any pitching.
