Your hands are coming forward too soon, causing you to have a "chop swing" with a downward swing path. (the ball should not go down off the tee)
If you look at each swing by frame, you will see 5 frames for each swing to contact (start at contact and back it up). On each 3rd frame, your hands should still be at your shoulder. They are not.
While the Sultan has it right on the upper half, I'd like to see you work a bit more on how your lower half is transferring energy into the pitch. Just so you can see, take a look at how these guys rotate vs. the clip you uploaded.
Thanks for the comments I've been working on it on the tee and on bp, it seems like im pulling out on the outside pitches and hitting soft pop ups. Any more drills I could work on would be great.
