If you Notified a D1 by Email that you would be attending one of there Games at another D1 college.
Is it OK to talk to a D1 at another D1 College Schools game before March 1.

It depends. If you are a senior now, off-campus contact is allowed. If you are a junior, by the rules, DI coaches cannot say much more than "hello" if they see you off-campus. They can now have one off-campus contact during April on your high-school campus. After July 1st all off-campus contact is allowed.

My son's an 06
We were going to go to a game this week to see a D1 school at another D1's college to Meet the other teams Coaches.
But were not sure if they could visit with us off of there campus, or if this was ethical. The EH
