Tyler Ervine is an excellent baseball player but lets not get carried away with his or anyone else stats from district 7-4A. They are in the weakest district in the metroplex and run rule all the teams except for an avarage Heights and Western Hills teams and they only have to play Heights once. Any good players will have enflated stats from that district.
txbaseball- then why hasn't anyone else, in 7-4A, done the "triple crown" for metro area in last 30 years?? kid can play.

who cares abt any stats from any district? Remember Coppell last year with theier tough district yet they were loaded with all these huge stat-carrying kids??

Did they even play more than one game in playoffs last year?

Kudos to FW Southwest kid... btw heights and w hills stink this year too...
No doubt he is a stud and going to DBU proves it. I havn't been keeping records for 7-4A for 30yrs so I don't know if anyone has or has not. But with Tremble Tech, North Side, Eastern Hills, O.D. Wyatt, South Hills, Dunbar and Poly on your schedule it can do wonders for your "stats". No argument that he deserves kudo's for a nice year and best of luck next year at DBU.
