Hey i am a short stop and sometimes play secondbase. I have a really good glove but... my bat is'nt my strong part. I was wondering if this is a good workout for me.

I have been doing this workout for the last month now and i hope it wasn't a waste of time.

Calf raises
leg extensions
chest press
shoulder press
upright rows
lat pulldowns
bicept curls
tricept extensions
shoulder shrugs
back extensions
front laterals
side laterals
