Son got his summer assignment today and he's going to Thomasville. I know about the CPL's reputation, but does anyone know anything about Thomasville specifically?

I don't know a lot of team specifics, but my son has played against them in non-league games the past couple of years. Their stadium is an old minor league park but it has been renovated so it is a nice park. They seem to have good crowd support. The city of Thomasville is in close proximity to Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point. Just going by memory, it is a fairly central location in relation to the rest of the CPL, with teams in all directions.

Justin Sarratt played in Thomasville for at least 2, maybe 3, summers. According to his parents he loved it. If Andrew wants to talk to him he can get his phone number from David.
If I'm not mistaken, Art Andrews' (Patrick's dad) has a godson who is an assistant coach at Thomasville. I think Art helped get the Harrison kid from Furman placed there last summer.
