IN SEASON

Day 1 - Pitch

Day 2 - Play catch or rest depending on arm fatigue.

Day 3 - Pitch from the mound for 10-15 minutes.

Day 4 - Pitch from the mound for 10-15 minutes.

Day 5 - Play catch or rest depending on arm fatigue.

Day 6 - Pitch again

Throwing in between starts on the side should be only at 65 to 70 percent effort. The goal is to put touch and feel on the ball, fine tune your control and spot your pitches

No throwing in November and December to let your arm rest.

January - Start playing lomg toss and getting the arm going again.

February - Begin throwing flat ground work.

March - Start throwing bullpens to get ready for the season.

April - In season.

Thats a program that i made, but used different theories from nolan ryan, greg maddux, tom glavine, and tom house.
