If it feels good do it. My favorite player was "PETE ROSE". I think he is still the best at what he did, and that's work harder than everybody else.

I've always told kids over a 25 year coaching career:

If you want to be the best,

work harder than the rest.

If you don't want to be the best,

just work like the rest!

For the love of the game we are not all Pete Rose(player). One thing is he didn't get where he was by just thinking about.

I know some who read this will say you have to be kidding. As a player "PETE ROSE" is a example for all kids. Work hard and good things will happen.

For a young man you will know when to say when...

With the lying that was going on with steroids I'm surprised Pete Rose is still banned from the game.
I also find it interesting that the MLB did nothing about steroids until Jose Canseco came out with his book exposing the rampant steroids.

Not if you love it and you are doing it for yourself.

But rest is necessary for building muscles.  You can wear yourself out physically.  Get rest and eat right.  Good luck!
