I heard Tommy Kane is going to Christopher Newport, I've watched him play for years, just a hard nose, good ball player and great kid. He'll make any program better.

Michael Rienerth has received several offers and some roster spots. Some schools want him as a pitcher, some as an infielder.

Michael Rienerth's offers were from D1 schools, several schools want to see him throw this spring.

I'm surprised that Alex Lambert is not committed yet. IMO he's the best prospect on the list as a total package (grades, talent and personal demeanor).

Casey Bryant - OL - Catcher

Sources close to the kirby family have told me chowan offered him, not to sure yet. I know he has been really intrested in Methodist.

Hey Birddog, that's a mighty fine list of baeball players, and I'm sure Alex Lambert is everything you say he is, but do you really know everyone on that list personally? to say he is the best prospect that's fine, but you said personal demeanor and grades, hope you know everyone, beacause I personally know 2, and they do have great greades, great students, and personal demeanor. Also, some players on the list made huge jumps from last spring to this FALL's showcase,I.E, Peninsulsa Pilots showcase, I'm sure Alex Lambert will get signed and he'll be an asset to any program. O.L is a top notch program, I look forward to watching some really good games with O.L and F.C, and O.L and P.A

Heard that Killian Strenn committed to NSU, Tommy Kane commited to ODU, and Cameron Begley is going to Luisburg what about Casey King from Bayside?

Tommy Kane has not commited to ODU, but they are on his list, Norfolk State sure has signed was real good talent, and that's great for Cameron Begley.

One guy who goes unnoticed by a lot of people is Jake Barnes from Annandle. Jake is a good MIF with some very good pop in his bat.

You are right. Jake can play. No doubt he will play at the next level, if he wants to. VERY good athlete. He is the best player at Annandale...by far IMHO. Unfortunately, he gets overlooked as AHS baseball doesn't have a history of success....again IMHO.

Jake is a great kid, hope he gets picked up! Super speedy, great all around athlete to be sure!
