Well...the decision has been made. Towson University will discontinue their baseball program after this season concludes. Really a shame. Very competitive team given the tough conference they play in and have a solid record of graduating their athletes.

Sad to see - and the article in the Baltimore Sun today certainly did not

cast the Towson administration in a very good light. Happy to see the

players respond by putting black tape over the Towson name on their jerseys.
