What a great job done by Under Armour, Baseball Factory, Team One and the Cubs! Main concession stand was open and even a few vendors in the stands. Perfect weather and an unbelievable array of talent, college recruiters and MLB scouts. Add the buzz from the air and water show and it was just awesome.

Watched HR derby before the game, and understand that a full ML showcase was held yesterday in Crestwood for scouts only.

Ron Santo threw out the first pitch and then watched the game from the home dugout. Team One coached by Doug Glanville, who looks like he's still at his playing weight (about 145 lbs). Todd Fine was the pitching coach for Team One. Lots of families here from Fla, Ga, Texas and the usual baseball hotspots. Ian Krol had a nice contingent of family and friends. Left before he took the mound.

Team One's Tyler Matzek got roughed up a bit and wasn't as sharp as his Aflac performance. Still touched 93. Catchers with posted pop times of 1.77, and players with 6.5 sec times to first. Hard to believe that these boys are only 17 and entering their senior year of HS. They looked like they belonged in the CWS!

Finally, these players got some of the coolest SWAG that I've seen. One of a kind baseball cleats and anything that's new from Under Armour. A perfect day for me and my son to spend a last few hours at Wrigley as he gets ready to leave for college.
