Last year was Mark McQueen's second season I believe. He is well known as a pitching guy, and was very successful previously in stints as a pitching coach. I know they battled injuries quite a bit in his first season, and Richmond isn't the easiest place to recruit. They have strong academics, and a HUGE price tag (approaching $50K per year last I checked). I would guess they'll be stronger this year, as they didn't lose much from last season's team and they did use several freshmen quite a bit.
