What if someone invented a new substance that was not illegal and not harmful in anyway that when combined with hard work could produce results similar to those that have been reported from users of currently banned substances.
Would that be ok?
Do you think any of the current players that have been named in the recent report were naive enough to think that was the case?
I don't know the answer I just thought I would throw out the question.
