Figure out what your costs are going to be. Add in another 15%-20% because things always end up costing more than you think they will. Add in a fair amount to cover your salary. Divide by the number of players you are going to carry and that's it.
You can charge position players a little more, and PO's a little less because of playing time differences if you want.
You can take a look around at other similar programs in your area and see what they are charging. It should be in the ballpark of what you charge.
