What is your favorite training aid and/or drill??

I just wanted to see what everyone out there is doing to help their players improve thier skills.

My favorite training aid for hitters is the Swiftstik. It makes complete sense to me that if you can hit a smaller ball with a smaller bat, it will improve your hand eye coordination and hitting skill.

anybody else got anything they love?

The series of SPARQ equipment is my favorite. Eastbay has a good deal on the whole package. It is really good training stuff for people who are looking to be more agile.

Tee Work, there is not substitute. Specifically the inside outside drill. 2 tees, on set up for the inside pitch, the other set up for the outside pitch. Real simple, no gadgets, and it helps young ball players understand the concept of the "Hitting Zone"

Rifles, to add to the tee drill. If you have a partner to work with they can call out inside or outside just as the batter starts to stride.
