I made 1st team all confrence team and made 1st team all state for football as a sophmore qb. I starting varsity catcher but i don't now what sport to choose. Also a football scholarship can be fully paid and a baseball can't be.
Why make the choice now? Clearly one sport is not hindering your development in the other so why not just keep playing both if they are fun. As for having us make a choice, I hope no one gives an answer one way or the other because it's 100% your decision.
Well down the road one sport is going to affect the other. Which sport are you more passionate about and have more love for? Which sport do yo uwant to go to practice and give it all you got everyday? Ask thsoe and then you decide.
allstar91 is probably getting pressure to pick one sport over the other. i'm getting the same pressure, and i'm not even a stud like allstar91 seems to be.
allstar91, if you have a chance to get all-state recognition as the starting qb, i would treat football as my top priority but still continue to play baseball. this way if the two sports ever overlap, you know which is a priority. good luck, bro!
there was a player on lsu who was a running back i think and he missed some of the spring season so he lost his outfield position for baseball. he became a really good pitcher though. talk to both coaches and chances are you will be able to work something out
