Son played for UF Gators , in Milb now.

Never played for Wilmington. Actually began working towards his degree while still playing pro ball

He was released after 2 years because he could not control his "heater" and burned up too many of his teammates during BP. He was their closer for his Soph year.

Haven't been allowed to read it yet, but my understanding is it sci-fi/fantasy. One of his friends who has read a draft compares it to Scott Lynch, whoever that is.

I'm a big Scott Lynch fan and would love to know the title of the book when it's published. I'll definitely check it out!
