Thank you. It is the one I was looking for.

A few observations.

All lift front foot off of ground, this guarantees the weight shift back.

They all hit against the stiff front side -- but Bonds said both legs were used.

Delgado hits opposite field and "walks out of the hit" with his back leg. Many pros do not have balance when driving an outside pitch.

Inside hitting is often without extension. Many pros don't get to extension on an inside pitch.

These guys swing in the 90 mph + range. Although weight shift is linear, no body can move linear 90 mph. There must be both linear and rotational elements in the swing.

The hands are not just along for the ride. They are active.

Rotation phase starts when the front heal goes down. The head should lock and not drift (much) at this point. The head wants to center once the rotation phase occurs. The head prior to that will move the distance it is off-center plus one-half of the stride length.

The best, though, is watch the front knee turn in. This guarantees rotation coming out of it.
