Do you have any recommendations for a radar gun to measure exit velo and IF/OF velo?

Stalker Pro2 will leave no doubt in any video. Small fortune but worth the investment. Especially for pitchers.
I have a SP2. It seems to work well. I bought it used on Sidelinswap.com. If you shop around you can find them much cheaper than new
I know pocket radars are all of the rage right now and I own one. I haven't seen any issues with mine, but our HS team has a Smart Coach and there have been some very strange readings with it. It may be user error with them not having it set up at the right angle or too far back but the numbers are varying too much week to week.
Multiple people/places have tested pocket radars vs others. Close enough to the target and straight on, they all seem to come out about the same, it's when you get further away, and off center where you see variance. Angle affects all guns, but the pocket radars seem to be the least tolerant.
if you guys are betting on a D1 spot for your kids, you need to invest in something that removes all doubt and variation.
SP or SP2 in a video leaves zero doubt or variation. Some events/showcases juice their radar or tone it down so that the competition doesn't know what they're really throwing (DBU is known to be high, UHou low, A&M low) so you can't necessarily trust a showcase (cough, cough...PBR).
PG on the other hand is nothing but StalkerPros....Guess what all the scouts have......
FiveTool uses SmartCoach and PocketRadar and they blow up Twitter for you. So that's good, but if you're putting out a video...Hedge your bets and your doubts and get a SP. Sell it when your kid goes to school.
The extra $900 is nothing in the grand scheme of things if you can land a good offer to a good school and keep playing. You'll get that $900 back when you sell it.
