I called Marucci about 15 min.s ago. Told them I purchased a 33 inch Marucci Black from the Marucci Shop on Wednesday, October 12, 2011. This bat is still under Full Twelve (12) Month Manufacturer's Warranty. How do I get it replaced with a legal BBCOR bat? My son has just started his 16U midget season. He now has no legal bat to use. They gave me the run a round. Said; "A policy will be forth coming. We have no policy in place as of yet. An announcement will be available tomorrow."
