So it's been roughly 6 months since I've posted on this great site, and it appears as though I'll be able to contribute once again.

That being said I have a question.

I recently moved into an apartment with my wonderful girlfriend and we've acquired a little kitten, and we do not know what to name her. Naturally I thought of naming her after something in the wonderful game of Baseball. Unfortunatley I can't seem to come up with any good name for her, so I thought I'd turn it over to you great people.

If you have an idea for naming her please post it. When we settle on a name I'll be sure to let everyone know what we've decided.

I look forward to seeing what we can come up with on this site.

gotwood! How are ya! I've missed the site and the people too!

The kitten is mostly black with the odd white patches and stripes. We've thought of naming her Shea after the Shea Stadium, but other then that we got nothing, so hopefully something will pop from this board!

Does anyone remember the video of the Twins game where the grounds crew person held the cat close to his body and the cat decided to take a grip into his chest? I'm guessing the guy in the picture saw it. It's why he has the cat by the back of the neck at arm's length instead of holding it closely.

Not a suggestion, but a warning. We had a dog and named it Wrigley. Our friends had a dog and named it Fenway. Both dogs were impossible to live with and had to be put up for adoption.

I'm also told that "Sacrifice" is a name to stay away from...
