Anyone got any youtube videos on pitching and throwing drills?

No video, but 9u coach strapped a hula hoop up on a chain link fence at strike height and told the boys to throw into the hoop, highest amount of strikes got a sticker. Very effective pitching drill.
A batting net can also be used to have your player throwing on his own. Grab a bucket of balls and throw into it for 20-30 minutes a day. The best throwing mechanics I've seen is those who throw using a circular motion.
I agree with caco3, at the younger ages, giving them goal oriented drills are better for them. They tend to figure out the best mechanics.
I would only add, make it competitive to help motivate the kids. For example, who can hit the target the most when throwing/pitching. Winner gets to lead off at the game/scrimmage or this may be somewhat cruel but for some reason usually selected by the team players...winner pick the excercises for the game losers to do.
I don't have a particular drill to suggest & all of the above are great ideas, however , if their mechanics are poor then all they are doing is grooving a bad habit by throwing a ton of balls into a net or hoop etc.
The key issues to stress for youth throwing are these:
#1: Stride to target. They want to stride open, typically. Lead toe slightly closed at landing. Landing on ball of foot (not heel).
#2: Do not take it out of glove too early.
#3: Fingers on top when you take it out of glove. They tend to want to cup it.
#4: Down & back & up in a circular motion. Don't stab it down.
#5: Fingers on top at release. Can use 2 or 3 fingers depending on age & hand size.
Stress what TO DO, as opposed to what NOT TO DO.
