As I understand it, you can transfer from a JUCO to a 4 year no matter how many credits you have…. You could quite possibly be a Junior in sports eligibility and a Sophomore (or even a Freshman!) academically towards getting your 4 year degree, but you can do it.

Not advisable, but many go that route
