3rd ANNUAL MID-ATLANTIC HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL CLASSIC
The 3rd Annual Mid-Atlantic High School Baseball Classic will take place on the campus of the University of Maryland at College Park’s historic Shipley Field, “the Ship”.
This year, the Classic takes on a new twist - there will be two Combines / Skills Competitions, one for the North and one for the South All-Star Teams. On Saturday, August 5, the Combine / Skills Competition will begin in the morning for junior, sophomore and freshman players from Baltimore City; Baltimore, Cecil, Carroll, Harford, Howard, Washington, and Anne Arundel Counties, Western Maryland, Delaware and Southern Pennsylvania, who will compete and be evaluated for the North All-Stars team.
In the afternoon and evening, high school players from Washington, D.C.; Virginia; Prince George’s, Montgomery, and Charles Counties; Southern Maryland; and Maryland’s Eastern Shore will compete for spots on the South All-Star team. The cost is $85 per high school candidate.

‘Classic’s Goal’
College Recruiters from all levels: Division I, II, III, NAIA and top junior colleges will be in attendance for both the Combine and All-Star Game portions of the Classic. The event is designed to provide a platform for area high school baseball players to showcase their baseball skills in front of recruiters.
