1 man mechanics

I'm looking for a website/link, for help on 1 man baseball umpire mechanics.

With no on one...get out from behind the plate on the grass shading to the appropriate side depending on infield or outfield batted ball..to the right if ball goes to RF or if there will be a play at first, to the left of ball goes to LF or CF

With R1 or R2 or R1/R2, come out from behind the plate on the grass and move in a manner that does not allow a runner to get between you and third base line. In another words, keep moving left as runners advance until you are in foul territory if a runner reaches third.

With any combination of R3, move to foul territory (foul of 3BL) and don't stray far from home.
