His info shows why you have to be pro active. E-mails with photos inserted and very few words. Phone call follow up and send the well edited video.Don't bore or waste their time. Things have changed over the last few years and time is consummed with all the guys trying to get recruited. You have to make an impact immediately. Once you provoke interest you will get more of their time.

I don't understand your post. How does receiving so many emails, etc mean the coach has no control?
Sounds to me like he has a whole lot of players who want to attend their program.

I don't know if Dibs numbers are correct. But it does put into perspective how many players there are and how many actually get offers.
