2 times a week, if 35 pitches are spread out 4-5 days would be OK. But if you're talking about 35 pitches every other day for a week, I would strongly disagree with that. The only possible way this may be somewhat OK (maybe) is if it were very late in the season and you have pitched quite a bit up to that point and you're arm and legs were in very good shape and you didn't do it for several weeks in a row.
