i have a two seam fastball thats pretty wicked it moves away from leftys and in on righties i was wondering what situations i should throw it in and what pitch counts i should throw it in.
it depends on the hitter, the count, the runners on base...
That being said, you can throw it every pitch, if you'd like. You can start it outside on a RH hitter and backdoor him. You can start it off mid away and run it inside or you can start it off mid in and run it under his hands. (Use the opposite for LHH)
Pitching sequences are dynamic (at least they should be).
thanks for replying redbird and thanks for the information but i actually have four pitches i have a curveball, circle change, two seam and four seam fastball. The reason i throw a two seam is because i can throw the hitter off but i usually throw my four seam grip because i have more control and more speed with it.
i throw it because if the hitter keeps touching my fastball i need to get him on something.i throw my curveball right i karate chop it straight down and it doesnt hurt my arm and i dont turn my wrist and im trying to get my circle change down so i can get them on something else.
