Looks like 60 Minutes a day ago shared this segment from 2015? From threads here it seems like this is a bygone era?

When my son should have been in 8th grade and my daughter in 6th, we spent a week on the Cape as part of a year long RV odyssey criss-crossing the country.
He decided to "adopt" Chatham (he had read a baseball book which focused on Chatham), but we hit every Cape park we could. The kids hunted autographs, and even attended a one day baseball clinic done by the Chatham players. (The clinic stands out because I insisted he dress as a baseball player and he, of course, didn't want to stand out amongst kids there just to play catch with the players.)
Fast forward seven years; he was one of the players signing autographs and teaching at clinics as a Chatham Angler. We "adopted" some of his teammates - who still remind us of their first lobster dinners.
Over a decade since that summer, my wife and I still occasionally wear our swag from his summer.
Baseball was a great adventure and journey and the family still reminisces about the many springs and summers chasing all sorts of baseball themes.
So awesome that your son could go full circle and experience the Cape as a little leaguer and fan to becoming a player there.
Watching baseball in the Cape is one of the gifts of a lifetime. It really looks like this.
