The 2010 Pre-High School So Cal NTIS Showcase Series information for 13U players with 1997 and 1998 birthdays is posted at www.socalntis.org.
The purpose of the Pre-High School Showcase Series is to identify players and provide them the opportunity to play with and against the best players in their age group not only in California but from across the country.
From the Pre-High School So Cal NTIS Showcase Series approximately 70 players will be selected to participate in the So Cal NTIS Championships August 20-22, 2010.
After the So Cal NTIS Championships a team players will be selected to travel to Cary, NC September 10-12, 2010 to participate in the USA BASEBALL 13U NTIS along with NTIS teams from around the United States. All selected players will receive airfare, hotel and ground transportation for the Cary, NC event.
Players from the NTIS in Cary, NC will then be selected for the 14U 2011 USA BASEBALL National Team Trials.
Each Pre-High School Showcase will provide a one or two day event that will consist of games, evaluation and instruction from professional staff, as well as an informational session for players and parents covering essential information preparing players for the next step in their baseball careers as they enter high school.
