Yes, have heard good things about Coach Gitzen and his program.
Also, check out the Maryland Orioles program. Beleive they have quality teams (usually)at most every age level.

Try th MD Cavaliers 16U and the HCYP Raiders 16U. both are Balt Metro Baseball League teams.
