If so, the Carroll County Rangers and the Maryland Orioles are always top teams.

It all really depends on what you are looking for. The Maryland Orioles do not have a team in the 19 & under bracket. Last year the CCR team did not have a very good year.
There are several teams that play as 17 year olds in the metro 19 & under league. The advantage is that these teams qualify for the NABF 17 World Series in Greensboro, NC.
I know the Yankee Rebels will have a 17 year old team and the CCR may considering how well their 16 year old team did last year.
Check out BMB web site and get an idea of teams, although several may move on next year.
