2-5-3 dp

Has anyone seen a 2-5-3 dp on a dropped third and an attempt to take third on the passed ball? The catcher made a questionable choice. We're not even sure he knew it was a dropped third. He threw to third and barely got the runner. The third baseman realizing it was a dropped third gunned the ball to first for a dp. I have to figure the hitter wasn't quick out of the box.
