MrsB ...

A lot of schools will post a "tentative" roster for the time being but a more definitive one after fall practice is done (and ... ugh ... cuts are made).

As for schedules ... it varies greatly by school. UCR is always later than others ... I think they hate taking the change that they might have to change something. Other schools have their schedules 2 years in advance and post early (UC Irvine always did that when Savage was there.)

So ... I guess it "just depends" ...
Our schedule was announced to the public on Aug 19th. As far as the roster goes, that is more difficult to identify. I think it usually starts "popping up" on the offical website with the new names and faces after fall ball or around Christmas, maybe even later. I can remember when my son was a freshman I would check on a daily basis to see if his name and picture had been added the website. It seemed like it took forever. Had me worried. Big Grin

For some miraculous reason, our area was fine, didn't even lose electricity. The rest of Broward didn't fair as well, but not as bad as up north. I head home tomorrow, into another storm this weekend. ughhhhhh
CU is really funny about announcing the roster and new players. They don't even announce anything after the signings in Nov whereas some schools do. The schedule also is tenative, only the ones on National TV are given times.
I do believe that they don't do anything until their media manual is released.
Unlike football, baseball is so low key. However at the opening football game this weekend, they announced the baseball players before the game. Dave got a kick out of that!
