I hate to be boring, but at least right now you have to imagine the Yankees and Phillies being the class of their leagues. I think the Braves can really make a run if they can find a bat or two and some bullpen help.
If Webb is healthy, the D-Backs could be contenders out west. Although, the Dodgers and Rockies were good this year and should improve with an extra year for all their young guys.
I'll be particularly interested to see if the Rangers can take the next step after a really solid year in 2009.

It's hard to tell until free agency and trades take place. There are players available who could have huge impacts on the team they leave and the team they join.
