It is a very nice event, well worth attending if invited. Plenty of scouts in a very nice stadium.
My son was recovering from significant knee surgery at the time but went anyway. It is a better event if you are healthy!
You can go on a day trip to see where "Field of Dreams" was filmed and go to Norway, where "The Final Season" actually happened.

Players from 14 states, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic plan to be in Cedar Rapids (Iowa) this Monday for the National Pre-Draft Showcase, a premier event that attracts scouts from all 30 Major League teams.
The National Pre-Draft Showcase, hosted annually by Perfect Game USA, will be held on Perfect Game Field at Veterans Memorial Stadium.
At least 36 ranked players have committed to the Showcase .....
