2011 MLB Draft

Tony Zych, RHP, Louisville

I have no idea on who will be first but some names I would expect to see from this state are Nick Martini, K-State, Jerad Grundy Heartland, Austin Wright, Ole Miss, Kyle Hunter K-state, Kyle Gaedelle, Valpo to start a few names.

My guess is Charlie Tillson of New Trier will be the first player from the state selected. Following him in the top five rounds are probably the aforementioned Zych, Nick Burdi, Martini, Gaedale, Grundy, and Wright. Also, Iowa 2B Mike McQuillan and Illinois C Adam Davis will likely be picked somewhere rounds 25-50.
