Week #2 of The 2011 DFW Metro Scout League was played this past Sunday under perfect weather conditions at the Craig Ranch 4plex. On field 10, The Marlins slipped by the Rockies
On field 9, The Orioles tripped up the Reds
On field 8, The Royals clipped the Braves
On field 7, The Blue Jays beat the Swinging A’s

We had 43 coaches and scouts attend Sunday for our second week of games, which is a 2 week total of 76 representatives or an average of 38 coaches and scouts for the first 2 weeks.

There were at least 40 scouts at week 2. Some pro some D one and some juco along with the MLB scouts. I recognized most of the scouts from the juco tournament at UTA a couple of weeks ago. I know there were 3-4 big 12 scouts there because we have just received emails from them about our son. I think the MSL is a great platform for the kids.
