I believe Oswald is a prep draft out of Madison HS in San Diego.

After watching the draft for the last 2.5 days my conclusion is that if you want to get drafted you better grown up playing in 1 of 3 states. And Virginia is not on that list unfortunately.

Yeah it seemed Virginia was down from recent years for draft picks seemed like Florida was the hotbed, I am saying this without actually looking at total numbers of course
