PBR posted a story a few weeks ago noting that the commitments in Illinois seemed to be slower this year, particularly compared with other Midwestern states they cover. A brief flurry of commitments has followed recently, particularly for top pitchers, it seems.

It appears that there are <50 commitments statewide at this point. Curious if folks feel like activity is picking up.
