If anyone has a 2016 Pitcher who "fell through the cracks" still not too late. I have had three DII schools call our organization looking for arms.

It's not totally too late at any level. But some programs will have filled all their slots, so even if you're out there tearing it up, some doors may have closed. So you may not get your A-number-one choice, but there are still opportunities for those who dedicate themselves.
At D1's, you can see (a) walk-on offers, (b) money slots open up if or as some recruits may get denied by admissions (and that can be happening right about now), or (c) money slots open up even at the highest levels if recruits are lost to the pro draft. These are just a few examples.
D2's and JuCo's often wait until now to do a lot of recruiting.
D3's are very active right now.
Anyone late to the game or perhaps just a late bloomer should absolutely not give up just yet.
Also, this is not at all limited to pitchers, though obviously with half of all rosters comprised of pitchers, that leads to half the recruiting focusing on pitchers. Still, there's another half out there as well.
