They do a pretty good analysis of where a pitcher fits into the ranges typical of MLB pitchers at various points in the motion. The drills they prescribe, although good, tend to be fairly generic so I'm not sure how useful they are for making corrections. As long as you understand that Rick Peterson isn't going to be calling you personally to make recommendations, i.e. you have reasonable expectations, then it is a decent thing to do if the price seems right to you.

I can't really recommend a biomechanical analysis based on 30 FPS self-shot video combined with generic drills. That being said, it's probably better than local instructors who don't use video analysis whatsoever, so YMMV.

I'm also a bit biased since I'm an instructor who owns a biomechanical facility with high-speed cameras Wink
