Anyone know of any 3U travel teams in AZ. I'm trying to get my daughter on one to prepare her for 2027 softball recruiting.
thinking maybe playing travel ball with the boys may give her a leg up.

If she's hit 3 already and not playing up to 4U, (is she a young league age 3?) you may want to look into other sports. Softball may not be her thing.
2016, I don't think it's fair to make a blanket statement like that. Some areas are just competitive hotbeds, particularly in that age bracket.
With the right instruction, conditioning regimen and nap schedule, she can make up a lot of lost ground.

I do not believe in any travel bal earlier than 13u when they move to a bigger field.

I am a ardent believer that you should wait until you are 5U for travel ball. This give you plenty of time to prepare for the 7U National team.....
Since we're all swapping truly unbelievable youth travel & recruiting stories.....my niece was recruited out of the womb with a FULL ride softball scholly! She verballed by moving her right hand under ultrasound

There's a 3U team in San Francisco called the Bay Bees.
This was a post about "Perfect Game Toddlers" a few years back if you need a good laugh.
