The field was tarped yesterday and scheduled to of been removed by fourth bell.

Game is on; if the rain stays away.
Landstown 11 Green Run 9

Landstown scored 6 in the first on Cameron Butlers
Grand Slam. The Eagles would follow up with 5 more in the 2nd inning to take an 11-0 lead.

Landstown must of thought it was over, but the Stallions would have none of it.

(both teams committed there fair share of errors)

Stoney took one deep on a K.Lawhorn change-up. Congratulations Stoney.

The Green Run Pitcher (Hunter??) and defense would settle down and the momentum would change to Green Run. GR started to hit the ball very well while taken advantage of the extra chances offered by Landstowns to pull within two.

Freshman Jeremy Sandifer came in a shut the door on Green Runs threat; pitching the 6th and 7th without allowing a run.

Great effort by Green Run. Congratulations Landstown
on the win; hopefully something was learned from this game.
Cox wins another nailbiter 7-6 over Salem. Final out was a deep flyball to the warning track in deep center from Robbie Newman who had hit a HR earlier in the game. Richie Salter got the win and Tyler Knight and Ryan Mattes combined to pitch a scoreless 6th and 7th for the Falcons. Salem's SS had a couple of nice plays, but it was Cox's infield that really shone today. Nice plays all around. I know I'm biased, but IMO there's not a better defensive infield in the Beach
