9.1.1. Situation F in this year's book has a fourth out not taking precedence.

Bases loaded. One out.

Fly ball to F8 for the second out.

R1tags from third and scores.

R2 tags from 2nd is thrown out 8-5. The putout occurs after R1 scores.

R3 left early from first base. 

At conclusion of action, upon appeal, umpire declares R3 out. 

The fourth out doesn't take precedence and doesn't invalidate the run because it wasn't a force out or a putout of batter-runner before he reached first.

I've never seen a fourth out play. It's on my list of plays I'd love to see, right behind making the call at the plate after going out for a trouble catch from A in 2-man mechanics and coming back as the batter-runner completes his circle of the bases.
