When its a tie between two non district winners it is a coin flip if both teams split games during the season. Otherwise, if they had played one game, the higher seeding would be the winner of their previous meeting.

Each district can do there own thing so its best to keep up with what they have done in the past or call district office.

I have seen co-district champions when both are tied at the end after splitting games and coin flip determined seeding. If two are tied but somehow one of the teams beat the other in their only meeting or both times, they recieve the higher seed with rule one (head to head).

Again, this is the majority but each district can be different.
