Being one of T-bone's coaches for his summer team, somehow I have ended up being the team administrator over the past few years. Duties include finding tournaments, setting up fundrasiers, coming up with the schedule, rescheduling the schedule, bill collector, reserving motel rooms, taking care of complaints from parents wondering why the fees are as high as they are plus taking care of the book during the season plus some coaching duties. Yes, it is a thankless job but somebody has to it. I want to give a BIG THANK YOU and a BIG SALUTE to all those team administrators out there. I feel your pain. crazy

Thank you all. I see what are head coach/ manager does for our team and he really has a passion for it. He does have a son on the team and started the team when they were 8, they are now 15. We have a pretty close nit group there are only 12 boys (up from 10). We do our own laundry, and watch out for all the boys as far as rides and water, everyone pitches in, I know we are lucky to have a great group of families and great group of players.
Part of it is when we pickup a player the coach not only takes into account the players ability but his character (work ethic-no show boats no matter the talent), and the character of the family.
THANK ALL OF YOU---Most of us parents do appriciate all that you do.
