After watching the event unfold last night live on TV...

Listening to Jim Joyce's post game audio interview...

Watching today's line up presentation...

I suggest the events, as a whole, will turn yesterdays game into a more positive situation than if the game was recorded as a perfect game in the history books.

Two men, along with their respective teams, taking part in a moment in baseball history. Unfortunately it turns out a human mistake was made.

And guess what.....a man stood up and admitted it.

Lot more than I can say about most in this world.

Especially the ones that are front and center on our TV screens each night.

I say this was good for baseball, good for sports, and most of all good for mankind.

I personally will remember this moment in history more than I would any other perfect game or no hitter.

And if I'm lucky enough that my son enjoys the game like I do one day, I will make sure to take the time to allow him to reflect on this moment in the games history.

So many good lessons to be learned from it.
