1st semester (D1) - early am weight lifting or conditioning. Late afternoon - practice/fall ball/individuals.
Evening - Dinner then study tables. Repeat, Repeat, Repeat... Social life takes a HIT
2nd semester - Conditioning/Weights/Individuals/Dinner/Study Tables
Feb 1st - Scrimages/Practice/Late Dinner/Study Tables - Get ready for Opening day Feb 22nd.

During this whole time your body will be very sore and in it's best shape.
