He asked me if his son signs with a JUCO and decides to change his mind, can he change his mind and sign with a different JUCO before his Sr. year is finished? I don't know the answer? Besides the fact that the coach that he signed with would not be happy you would think. Can you do that?

I believe once you sign a LOI you will need to get released by the 1st team before you can sign with the 2nd. The 2nd team should not have any contact with you either, once you sign the LOI.

My guy transferred from one JUCO to another but to do this it required the blessing of the first school.

3fingered will correct us all...lol..but what I think is correct is:

Once a player signs a NLI with a JUCO he cannot sign with another JUCO or he will forfeit his play for that next year.

If a player has played at a JUCO and wants to transfer to another JUCO, there is an official release form that the current JUCO coach/AD must sign to release him to another JUCO.
